Earlier in the year I suggested that Pedroia should be moved from the 2 spot should he continue to struggle and everyone jumped all over me. He's now hitting .260, getting on base at a pretty horrible rate of .312 and slugging .366. Is anyone else amazed by what a rough year it's been so far? The Red Sox have had a hellish schedule beginning the year in Japan, and it feels like they've rarely been home since.
